（1） 疾病嚴重程度（stage012 與 stage34）DIF 情形

圖十一顯示在日常活動範疇的「某些活動使您喘不過氣來」題 組，年紀較輕（Age＜75）的族群，七題中有六題有疾病嚴重程度的 DIF 存在；在年紀較大（Age 75≧ ）的族群，亦有六題有疾病嚴重程 度的DIF 存在（出現 DIF 的題目不完全相同）。雖然在不同年齡分層 中，在整個題組中均各有六題DIF 存在，但從圖中可以明顯看出，在
年齡較輕的族群，疾病嚴重程度的DIF 情況相對於年齡較大的族群來 說要來的明顯許多。
圖十二顯示在日常活動範疇的「呼吸問題如何影響您的活動」題 組，在年紀較輕的族群，九題中有八題有疾病嚴重程度上的 DIF 存 在；在年紀較大的族群中，則是九題中有六題有疾病嚴重程度上的 DIF 存在。
圖十三顯示在疾病衝擊範疇中，年紀較輕的族群，二十六題中有 十一題有疾病嚴重程度的DIF 存在；在年紀較大的族群，亦有十三題 有疾病嚴重程度的DIF 存在。整體而言，疾病衝擊範疇雖然在不同年 齡分層中，均有許多題目有疾病嚴重程度DIF 的現象產生，但是從圖 中可以明顯看出，在年紀較大的族群，疾病嚴重程度的DIF 情況相對 於年紀較輕的族群來說要來的明顯許多。
