感謝您的協助,本研究議題主要是在於探討:從創新擴散觀點探討公司導 入 Inbound Marketing

近年來,網際網路逐漸發達,個公司在進行行銷規劃及行銷活動時,都開 始重視網際網路平台的重要性,也將網際網路平台納入行銷活動的重要一環。

一般而言,近年新興的網路行銷往往會包含兩項重要的要素:搜尋引擎的 最佳化以及社群網路平台的互動。

搜尋引擎最佳化係指讓公司網站、公司網路資訊在搜尋引擎(如 Google、

微軟的 Bing 等等搜尋工具)容易被找到。常用的作法是採用關鍵字廣告、設計 網站及網頁內容時與其他知名網站互相連結或購買較容易被發現的搜尋位置等 等。

網路社群平台的互動則可以區分為兩個層面,第一是建立自身社群網路平 台或頻道(如建立企業品牌部落格、Facebook 粉絲專頁、Youtube 頻道),並且 在平台上與使用者進行互動。另一個層面則是不斷在平台上提供吸引使用者再 次造訪的資訊及內容(例如專業性資訊、娛樂資訊、討論議題等等),以形成不 斷流動的人潮及使用者間的口碑。

本研究則是在研究公司組織採用以上兩種行銷手段時(國外研究定義這兩種 手段通稱為 Inbound Marketing,本研究視為為一種行銷創新),公司所面臨到的 狀況及組織如何去反應新手段對公司帶來的改變。
