ABSTRACT
With the speedy development of Internet, it makes the learning styles from the Internet grow fast. Meanwhile, under the limitations of number, time, and space, the traditional manners and systems to pursue further education no longer satisfied all the needs of teachers. Teachers pursue further education which can increase instructional know-how and develop their own specialties.
Therefore, whether teachers satisfy will affect the continual impetus and future development. The main purpose of this study was to focus on the teachers' satisfaction level of the on-line courses learning in K-12 E-Learning School and try to find out the relationship between the satisfaction level of teachers and the accepting level for teachers to pursue further education during the on-line learning process. Furthermore, the related factors which affect the on-line learning process were discussed. In addition, the better manners were the current systems to pursue further education for teachers. The results would be provided the related authorities and personnel who will map out and bring into practice in the future. There were two results in this study. First, on the whole, the teachers' satisfaction level of the on-line courses learning in K-12 E-Learning School tended to be satisfied. Especially the design of teaching materials was the higher highlighted factor while the administrative support for teaching was the lowest one. Second, there were significant differences in “the Male and female subjects” and “the different learning average weekly hours” while no significant difference was found in other factors.
