以系統動力學探討產業生態演化與變遷 莊皓欽、羅世輝

摘 要
隨著產業疆界的逐漸模糊，今日的競爭已不同於以往，廠商間既競爭又合作的競合（co-petition）已如生態系不同物種
（species）間的共生關係（mutualism）般，十分平常，因而從七０年代起便有許多學者相繼投入此一相關領域－組織生態 學（ecological ecologyy），以試圖瞭解組織存在之意義，並進一步企圖解釋為何組織存活和效率、效能並無完全的相關。
近年來，組織生態學理論皆從資源生態學觀點出發，並結合「資源依賴學說」、「組織惰性觀點」、「制度理論」等不同 學門理論，進一步發展出「密度相依理論」、「組織適應與選擇」、「組織多樣式」，來解釋「產業生態體系」（business ecology）興衰之緣由；而以上學說看待產業興衰皆不脫與資源使用之關聯性，然而對於產業間資源之多寡－資源承載容量
（carrying capacity），並無一明確界定及估計，因而本研究大膽以承載容量為主軸，並界定承載容量為一動態變化之積量
（level），企圖解釋產業之動態演化過程，然而以承載容量為主軸之生態系統為一複雜動態系統，故本研究採用擅長處理 複雜科學之系統動力學（dynamic systems）進行探討。
