Objectives: This course is based on the premise that information systems knowledge is essential for creating competitive firms, managing global corporations, adding business value, and providing useful products and services to customers. The primary goal of this course is to offer an introduction to major enterprise applications and information technologies that are being used for achieving digital integration and enhancing global organization performance. It also calls attention to the need to demonstrate the business value of information system in the organization and provides students with additional projects for hands-on problem-solving.
