影響國民小學家長持續使用班級網頁因素之探討 張潔心、林清同

摘 要
隨著網路資訊科技的發達，教育環境不再限於實體的空間，班級網頁代表的意義在於網路虛擬的學習情境，成為教師、學 生及家長網路教學及溝通的重要平台，對於教師教學效能亦產生莫大正面的影響力。本研究即在探討影響國民小學家長持 續使用班級網頁之因素，希望藉由班級網頁的網路行銷工具，可以提高學校的知名度與形象，更是學校持續經營的一項重 要利器。 本研究以Davis(1989)提出科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)理論架構為基礎，來探究目前國民小 學家長班級網頁使用行為的意向，再依據調查結果進行分析，研究結果如下： 一、班級網頁內容性對於有用性、資訊品質 對於易用性、功能性對於有用性及易用性、易用性對於有用性、有用性及易用性對於使用，使用對於持續使用意願，皆具 有顯著正相關的影響。 二、班級網頁的內容性對於易用性和資訊品質對於有用性沒有顯著影響。
