Proteomics

Target:

1.瞭解蛋白質體學相關技術與其原理

Understanding the techniques and corresponding theories in proteomics research.

2.瞭解蛋白質體學相關應用及研究成果

Learning the current development and application in proteomics research.

3.熟悉蛋白質體學之實驗設計與數據分析

Getting familiar with the experimental design and data analysis for proteomics

Teaching way:

1. 上課講解 (Lecture, 40%)

2. 論文選讀與專題討論 (Seminar and discussion, 25%) 3. 實驗操作 (experiment, 25%)

4. 數據分析 (data analysis, 10%) Grade:

1. 期中末考試 60%

2. 口頭與專題討論報告 30%

3. 數據分析結果 10%

8. Mass data analysis, MASCOT 9. Introduction of protein database 10. Seminar and discussion I 11. Seminar and discussion II

12 Current development for other proteomic technologies 13. Final-term exam (including data analysis exam)
