(Amorphous Calcium Phosphate ; ACP)與磷酸二鈣(Dicalcium
Phosphate Dihydrate, DCPD),與 β-磷酸甘油及幾丁聚醣所組成的溫度敏感 型水膠,依1 g : 1 ml 的固相與液相比?混合,備製一種具有 Anti-Washout 的CPC,藉由 Washout 的測試,觀察結果發現樣品?會產生溶解或是崩塌的現 象,證實溫?敏感型 β-磷酸甘油/幾丁聚醣之水膠,水膠會提供一個 3-D 網?的 結構,使得CPC 具有 Anti-Washout 的特性,讓 CPC 在此環境下進?水合作用。

Due to their excellent biological properties such as biocompatible, bioresorable, osteoconductive as well as its ease of operation by injection, the self-setting Calcium Phosphate Cememnt, (CPC) was one of the most important artificial bone filling materials. However, current products suffered from long setting time, therefore, easy to be washout. This washout phenomenon was result of the slow
formation of Hydroxyapatite (HA), mainly caused by magnesium ion existed in the body fluid and blood. To reach our goal – preparation of an anti-washout CPC, a temperature sensitive hydrogel,
composed of ACP, DCPD,
β-Glycerol-Phosphate and Chitosan, was prepared with the mixture composition of 1 gram : 1 ml, solid: liquid. Our results showed that with the formation of a 3-D network structure, the prepared samples were self-content and resisted to collapse and dissolve. With this improved anti-washout property, better degree of hydration of the CPC was accomplished.
