受延攬人自延覽以來積極參與研究、教學、科技研發等各項工作;目前,研究方面已獲得相當豐碩的成果;科技研發方面 正在建立利用新穎方式製作基因轉殖小鼠;此外,本人也積極投入教學,目前業已參與生理學研究所、臨床醫學研究所與 基礎醫學研究所的課程教授。本人於受補助期間確實能達成研究、教學及研發各方面之目標。

(2)研究或教學或科技研發與管理的方法、專業知識及進度如何?

What are the methods, professional knowledge, and progress of the research, teaching, or R&D and management work?

受延攬人於研究方面除了幫助完成 DUSP2 於大腸直腸癌癌幹性的研究並協助投稿至國際知名的期刊,同時也完成 YAP1 於子 宮內膜異位疾病且撰寫成文章,並投稿至國際知名的期刊,日前業已發表並成為該期刊之封面;除此之外,該員也積極法展 新穎的平台建構轉殖基因小鼠模式,先前業已產出全球第一隻該基因條件式轉殖基因鼠,目前處於測試階段;最後,該員也 結合其生物資訊專長將其所學融入教學中,藉此提升本院研究生之研發動能。總而言之,該員是位積極進取的研究人員。

(3)受延攬人之研究或教學或科技研發與管理成果對該計畫(或貴單位)助益如何?

How have the research, teaching, or R&D and management results of the employed person given benefit to the project (or your unit)? 受延攬人今年共完成兩個科技部計畫及一個國家型計劃之撰寫;一個為探討缺氧調控組織蛋白修飾在子宮內膜異位症的研究 (二):細胞附著機制的探討(3 年期業已通過執行中);國家型計畫為探討 NUDT21 於大腸癌致病機轉之功能(5 年期審查中), 最後一個為受延攬人本身所提探討新穎第二代抗雄性激素治療於前列腺癌產生抗藥性機制之研究(4 年期審查中);,該員也結 合其生物資訊專長將其所學融入教學中,藉此提升本院研究生之研發動能。總而言之,該員是位積極進取的研究人員。

(4)受延攬人於補助期間對貴單位或國內相關學術科技領域助益如何?

How has the employed person, during his or her term of employment, benefited your unit or the relevant domestic academic field? 受延攬人與補助期除了積極指導本所一位碩士學生的研究,同時也利用其生物資訊及分子與細胞生物專長幫助指導臨醫所蔡 耀聲老師的碩、博士及博後研究之進行以及論文發表,此人對於提升成大醫學學院之研究動能有著莫大的助益。此外,受延 攬人於去年六月底分別受邀參加大陸杭州美國華人生物學年會及兩岸華人生物學年會演講,(附錄一),對於提升我國及成大研 究之能見度也有著莫大的貢獻。

受延攬人於研究方面,過去一年共發表兩篇第一作者以及三篇共同作者之文章(附錄二);教學方面,該員參與由臨醫所蔡耀 聲老師細胞生長與分化、生理所楊尚訓老師開授的分子細胞生物、張雅雯老師所開授的問題為導向學習、蔡少正老師開設之 生物資訊學以及由生化所張文燦老師開授的細胞生長與分化,五門課程之授予(附錄三)。以上成果皆顯示該員研究與教學並 進,且有豐碩的成果。
