level 1 [likely reliable] evidence

以病患導向為主的結論而產生的報告，並 符合特定準則以降低研究偏差，例RCT結 果(有效追蹤80%+)、初始世代研究(的預 後資訊、系統性文獻回顧所得結果。

level 2 [mid-level] evidence

以病患導向為主的結論而產生的報告，且 採科學研究的方法，但是未到 level 1標 準。例有效追蹤低於80%的RCT、非隨機 對照實驗的研究方法、缺乏足夠參考標準 的診斷研究。

level 3 [(lacking direct] evidence

非科學化的分析研究且不是以病患為導向 的結論報告，例如病例系列與報告、專家 意見、及科學研究的間接推論。

檢索語法小抄 (SR-醫學適用)

註1: EBSCOhost介面的資料庫，除了CINAHL可採用mh ("pain+")包含狹義詞，其他資料庫(Academic Search Complete, PBSC, ERIC …)，皆須用資料庫的控制詞彙查找並勾選Explode後再按Add 形成檢索式 (如DE pain OR DE baclDE"pain" OR DE "backache" OR DE "shoulder pain" OR DE "toothache"…)，但只能Explode下一層，再下下層需人工比照上述步驟逐一Explode & Add。

註2: 由兩個單字以上組成的詞彙(例sore throat)，請自行指定關係為: 交集、鄰近字、片語等三項關係之一(文章依次由多到少)，以統一所有資料庫檢索策略。否則各資料庫預設處理方式不一，將導 致檢索策略不一致。系統預設: PubMed交集+片語；Ovid片語；Embase或Scopus為交集且會不適當處理運算順序[輸入pharyngitis OR sore throat 卻獲得 (pharyngitis OR sore) AND throat ]；

EBSCOhost / Cochrane / WoS 皆為交集。
