Abstract
In order to follow the knowledge-based economy in this decade, the knowledge management becomes not only an important process for the organization growth, but also a substantial issue for recent management study. However, it is still difficult for firms to survive in such competitive environment, this study, therefore, bases on the framework of business environment, leader’s behavior, and employee’s cognition, according to the conclusions of previous studies to investigate the impacts on the enterprises’ performance from knowledge management.
In view of relative studies, which aimed at the enterprises, which practice knowledge management, foreign companies are mostly chosen for the samples, however, different factors, such as national culture, geographical environment and so on, may as well influence the process of knowledge management practice. Thus, this study focuses in seven domestic companies, which have practiced knowledge management, to conduct such empirical study. Furthermore, many statistic methods are utilized to perform rigorous analysis.
