The Effectiveness of Personal Traits, Emotional Labor and Job Burnout upon Turnover Intention in Service Industry’s Emp

ABSTRACT

As the Mainland's rapid economic rise playing a very important role in Asia, it’s time to build up the service industry cooperation across the strait. This research subject is to study employee personality traits,emotional impact of labor and job Burnout on turnover intention fir service workers cross strait. Through the questionnaire issued in Taipei,Xinbei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Shanghai respectively, 753 questionnaires recovery rate is 100% and response rate is 98%. From the research result shows there is positive impact between service workers job burnout and the turnover intention. In addition, the turnover intention of service workers with internal control characteristics is higher than those with external control characteristics of employees.With the result, it is expected the research could enhance serviceindustry interaction across strait and toward a win-win future.
