Abstract

The spinning machine to carry out the optimal combination of process parameter is very important for textile industry. In this research, high cleanliness LyoceU cellulose staple was applied for open end (OE) Rotor Spinning yam. In order to find out the optimal combination of process parameters, Taguchi experimental method was applied with orthogonal array in the selection of process parameters for OE Rotor spinning machine. The back propagation neural network was employed to predict the corresponding processing parameters during the operation as well. The efficiency of this project can be shown from the experiments.
