探討影響使用者使用行動部落格意圖因素之研究 吳嘉中、許晉龍

摘 要

本研究欲探討之行動部落格(Moblog)現象為部落格的相關應用發展之一,其結合一般常見的行動通訊裝置,如手機、PDA

、筆記型電腦等,讓使用者可以隨時隨地透過行動通訊裝置即時更新部落格內容,行動部落格至今於中、韓及歐美地區皆 已有相當程度的發展,但在台灣尚屬萌芽階段,若能探究出使用者採用行動部落格之影響因素,勢必能幫助相關業者研發 出更符合使用者需求之行動部落格服務,進而提升使用者採用行動部落格之意圖。 因此,本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎,

探討影響使用者使用行動部落格之影響因素為何?並以使用者的情緒狀態為干擾變數,調查使用者的情緒狀態是否會對其 使用行為的認知過程中產生干擾作用,研究收集139份有效問卷,以Chin(1997)所發展出的PLS-Graph 3.0為工具,驗證行動 部落格行為意圖之模型,研究結果發現認知有用性及相容性正向影響使用者的態度,解釋能力為44.1%,而使用者的行為 意圖則受到態度、主觀規範及認知行為控制的影響,解釋力為71%,而不同情緒狀態的使用者,其認知至態度及意圖間的 影響亦有顯著差異。期望本研究結論可給予相關業者及未來相關研究參考。
