一、中文摘要

本研究計畫所探討之經濟生產模 式,乃考慮在不完全製程中,當製程由 正常跳到不正常時,機器運轉可能每況 愈下;此時,生產瑕疵品的比例會持續 增加。在此情況下,試著發展出一正 確,有效與快速之演算法,計算最佳生 產時間,以滿足實務界之需求。其中所 探討的生產模式,允許缺貨情形發生。

本研究計畫的主題為:

(A)總成本函數是否具有凸性?若不具 凸性,是否具有某種函數特性,如 單調或單峰等特性。

(B)在(A)之討論下,試著發展一些簡 單、正確並易執行之演算法,供實 務界使用。

This research proposal will develop a model to determine an optimal run time under an imperfect production process.

The shortages are allowed. It is assumed that the elapsed time until the production process shift is arbitrarily distributed and the percentage of defective items is a

non-decreasing function once the system is in the out-of-control state.

The topics discussed are as follows:

(A) Whether is the total cost function convex?

(B) Try to develop a simple, accurate and rapid algorithm for the practitioners.

二、緣由與目的

傳統 EMQ 模型中,假設生產過程 是處於正常的情況下;但在實務上,

製程有可能會跳到不正常的狀況,這 種情況稱之為不完全的製程;此時,

將會有一定比例的不良品產生。

Rosenblatt 與 Lee[20] 針對這 種不完全的製程,考慮不良品產生率 為常數,探討經濟生產週期問題。

Kim 與 Hong[08]推廣 Rosenblatt 與 Lee 的模型,考慮不完全的製程中,

跳到不正常的狀況的時間點為隨機 的,並針對三種不同的不良品產生率 之生產時間,作一比較。Chung 與 Hou[05] 推廣 Kim 與 Hong 的模型至

可 允 許 缺 貨 的 情 況 。 Chung 與 Hou[05] 考慮以平均成本分析為基 礎之總成本函數,證明其經濟生產時 間為唯一存在,再利用數值方法求得 其解。在實務上,當製程跳到不正常 的狀況時,機器的運作可能每況愈下;

此時,不良品產生率會遞增,不再是 常數。

本研究計劃之目的有三:

(1)假設不良品產生率為遞增函數,

以 平 均 成 本 分 析 為 基 礎 , 探 討 Chung 與 Hou[05] 所提之總成本 函數。

(2)仔細討論新的總成本函數之經濟 生產時間是否為唯一存在?

(3)以所探討的模型,試著比較不同 的不良品產生率之經濟生產時間。

總而言之,本研究計畫之主要目的 在推廣 Chung 與 Hou[05] 的模型,考 慮當製程跳到不正常的狀況時,機器的 運作可能每況愈下,以更符合實務界的 需求,由以往的研究經驗,預期將會有 良好的結果。

三、結果與討論

(1)試著在引進延後付款之條件下,

推廣 Chung 與 Hou [05]之存貨模 型,並導出其總成本函數。

(2)探討總成本函數之函數性質和凸 性或單峰性。

(3)由(2)所導出之結果,試著發展 出其求解程序。

四、計畫成果自評

本研究計劃所得到的結果與原計

劃相符,甚具學術與應用價值,預期將 於國際期刊發表。
