智慧型行動自主健康管理系統之建構 - 以三高疾病為例

隨著國民飲食標準的提高，攝取營養越來越豐富的趨勢下，與代謝相關衍生的疾病數字也慢慢的隨 著上升。近年來，診斷為代謝症候群的人數逐年的在爬升。更有許多因代謝症候群無良好的飲食控 制，而導致衍生出更多的代謝疾病，如糖尿病，高血壓等等。因此，慢慢的許多人也開始注意有關 自己每日所攝取的飲食總熱量或者是總脂肪數，逐漸的開始有了希望能夠吃的健康，吃得剛剛好的 理念。
本研究設計一組智慧型健康資訊系統，使用者透過所建立之標準化健康資訊格式，即時的透過可攜 式裝置傳輸標準化最新健康資訊匯入規則式系統，即可隨時取得營養資訊或藥物與食物交互作用資 訊與報表進入使用者手持裝置亦或者是使用者網頁端，而另一方面，透過遠端自動分析規則資料庫
，使用者也能夠使用手持裝置之簡訊功能傳輸想了解之飲食資訊或藥物資訊。系統將第一時間傳達 使用者所查詢之該食物的營養成份資訊以及可能與此食物會產生交互作用之藥物。讓民眾出外用餐 或者是不方便使用電腦介面的時候，能夠透過身邊的手持裝置快速的以簡訊或者上網的方式取得飲 食與藥物交互作用資訊，達到隨手可得的營養諮詢師判斷系統。提供代謝症候群的使用者更有效率 且更容易的管理自身的飲食行為。
而系統建置後結果，透過參考健保資料庫格式所建立之標準健康資訊格式，能夠即時傳輸至由 JSP 所撰寫之規則分析資料庫分析，並且透過連結外部 PERL 程式自動發送建議資訊簡訊至使用者端，
也能夠讓使用者透過簡訊裝置傳輸欲查詢資訊至遠端資料庫與系統即時回傳，而於系統評估的部分
，透過健保資料庫資料代入評估與觀看輸出資訊有效性，而建立出一組達到系統客製化和即時性的 智慧型健康資訊系統。而在自動規則化的建置，達到不需遠端控制者接收資訊或者分析資訊。能夠 讓使用者只要上傳健康資訊，能夠即時的得到建議的資訊。
Building an Intelligent Mobile Health Management System - Applying to Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Diabetes Mellitus

Metabolic syndrome has become an important disorder for modern life style with unbalance di et. Such diseases may be prevented on relieved by the good health management. Many studies revealed that the information and mobile technology play important rules in developing health management systems. Therefore, using mobile information system to assist health managemen t will be the future tread.
In this study, we designed an intelligent health information management system. The user can use the electronic health information to take customized information by removable storage dev ices. Nutrition information and drug-food interactions information can analysis and transmissi on to user mobile phone and client homepage. On the other hand, the user can transmit nutritio n information and drug-food interaction information by short message to the system. When us ers are not able to use the internet, they can inquire about the information of diet and drug-foo d interactions by using cellular phone. We used National Health Insurance Research Database to demonstrate to usability of the system.
In conclusion, own system is a good demonstration for personalized health management with diet control and drug information provides. The ubiquitous information technology can be app lied to get other kinds of information to improve patients’ health
