UniCam eMES for electronics manufacturing software from Siemens PLM Software is a comprehensive manufacturing execution solution that enables PCB and box assem- blers to meet traceability requirements, control production.

Quality management

The software enables automatic data col- lection from the shop floor for real-time trend monitoring. Should yields drop below acceptable thresholds, system alarms and notifications are activated to enable process management. Powerful Pareto and statisti- cal process control (SPC) reporting allow root-cause analysis, eliminating the guess work in correcting process defects.

WIP monitoring and route enforcement UniCam eMES enables you to enforce board and box manufacturing routes and ensures that every pass of a WIP station is time and date-stamped for full process traceability.

You can monitor WIP progress in real-time via a web browser.

Defect logging and repair

You can use UniCam eMES to help auto- matically capture defect data from dedicated testers, assist with root-cause analysis and repair processes. You can use the software to record the rework and repair and to provide real-time and histori- cal reporting.
