研究探訪金門縣政府、交通部觀光局及內政部營建署等相關主管機關對金門觀光之發展 策略，並與旅行社合作對國人遊客、大陸觀光客及外籍旅客分別進行回程出口調查，藉 以了解遊客與相關主管機關之意見。以期提出有效建議，據以規劃金門之文化觀光產業 與旅遊行銷策略。
A Study on the Strategy of Culture and Tourism
development and upgrading methods in Kinmen

Abstract
Kinmen is a disaster barrier to defend freedom from the communist China. Since 1949 Kinmen has gone through "kuningtou Wars", "823 bombardment" and other glorious battle to defend Taiwan. Kinmen's tourism and cultural is obvious that there is still to be developed and enhance. Kinmen has refined with the Taiwanese culture, full of relics and customs field, but also the homeland of overseas Chinese in South-Eastern Asia
In recent years, China and Taiwan towards peace step by step and actively promote domestic tourism, Kinmen has the best chance to develope cultural tourism.
From this study, We Shall compile and analysis Culture and Tourism Resources in Kinmen to explore its cultural relics, natural scenery and tourism characteristics. Weaving historical field and customs, local products, and overseas Chinese think about the source of the multi-faceted tourism perspective, it has been to explore strategies to enhance Kinmen tourism resources.
In addition, this study was to collect and analyze World War II, many famous sightseeing area of the field converted into a case such as Pearl Harbor and Normandy to capture the experience for learning. At the same time, the study visits to Kinmen County, Tourism Bureau and the Construction and Planning Agency and other relevant competent authorities of the development strategy.
By operation with the travel agencies, We survey mainland also Taiwan tourists and foreign visitors in order to understanding of visitors with relevant knowledge and opinion of the competent authority. With a view to propose effective recommendations, and according to plan Kinmen Culture and Tourism networks, transportation systems and tourism marketing strategies
