School Web Care Campaign 2018-2019 Summary
The purpose of this circular memorandum is to inform heads of primary and secondary schools of the School Web Care Campaign 2018-2019. All schools are invited to participate.
Details
2. The Campaign is organised by the Internet Professional Association (iProA) and fully supported by the Education Bureau. It aims to promote digital inclusion via various seminars so that parents and students understand the importance of e-safety and enjoy the use of Internet.
3. Schools are invited to submit application to iProA. Expert speakers will visit schools and deliver talks on issues such as Information Literacy, Local Social Media Culture, Self-protection in Social Media, Internet Crime, etc. For details of the seminars, please refer to the appendices.

Dear Principal and Teachers,
School Web Care Campaign
"School Web Care Campaign" is organized by the Internet Professional Association (iProA) and will be held from September 2018 to July 2019. The campaign aims to promote digital inclusion via various activities in which both parents and students who are able to surf online safely, and to enjoy improved communications among family members via the Internet.
iProA will invite speakers to share on topics including Information Literacy, Local Social Media Culture, Self-protection in Social Media, Internet Crime, Computer Games and Learning, Trend of Internet plus. All schools in Hong Kong are welcome to enrol on group basis. Participating schools are responsible for providing venues, facilities and arrangements for enrollment. The minimum number of participants in each seminar is 100.
