The Trustworthiness, Feedback, and knowledge Property for a Related Study of Knoeledge Sharing-A Case of the Knowledge W

ABSTRACT

The knowledge is an important property in the organization, and the source of the knowledge property mainly originates from each member within organization. However, trustworthiness, feedback and knowledge sharing are the successful factors of the knowledge innovation and management. Organization must construct the environment that members take pleasure in sharing. It can create and accumulate the more abundant knowledge property. Therefore, the subjects of knowledge management of trustworthiness, feedback and knowledge property are the axis of this research. In this research, we use three factors of trustworthiness, feedback, and

knowledge property to develop the tool of a knowledge sharing type. It includes eight-kind of types, and the different knowledge sharing type to have the difference willing. The research result also finds the knowledge workers who need the knowledge property much belongs to the tacit knowledge, and although knowledge workers that have highly trustworthiness, lower feedback degree, then knowledge owners ignore the resolutions to supply the unimportant steps. It causes the limitation of the knowledge and may affect the whole knowledge sharing effect.
