新進人員、滿一年和滿兩年的訓練後,再進行一次自我評估,作為自己用藥安全 能力的比較,甚至可以作為教育訓練之參考。或是請護理長或是資深護理師以觀 察者的角度,以量表評估新進護理人員、滿一年和滿兩年的訓練,再進行分析自 我評估的給藥安全的能力和他人評估的給藥安全的能力兩者是否有差異。
就因新生兒給藥的複雜度高,所以若能依照藥物的劑量和濃度,將藥物的配
置指引流程制定出來,除了可以增加護理師對於藥物的熟悉度外,應該更能提升 護理師的用藥安全能力。MACI-NICU只是評估護理師在給藥安全上的能力,但 臨床上目的是期待新生兒加護病房的護理師都具有優良給藥安全能力,來呵護巴 掌大的仙子快快長大。

再則本量表為自我評估的工具,如果當受試者知道填答越正向(分數越高),
代表給藥安全能力越高時,反之,填答越負向(分數越低),代表給藥安全能力越 低時,為了表示自己有良好的給藥安全能力,自評結果的真實性,為本量表的限 制,所以可以以此量表評估給藥安全能力,但不呈現量表名稱或是以觀察者的角 度評估,或許可以改善此限制。
