摘要
The purpose of this paper is focused on the food and beverage
department of tourist hotels. We try to analyze the part of recycling kitchen waste to understand situation from the tourist hotels in Taiwan.
We try to reduce the percentage of kitchen waste also raise the percentage of recycling. Taiwan has been performed as an Eco-cycle community.
Therefore, this paper is based on the Eco-cycle community to investigate recycle between tourist hotels and the resource users such as farmers. We start to connect the tourist hotels and farmers by kitchen waste to reduce the cost and raise profits in order to get the win complexion. Moreover, following the Eco-recycle environment, the society could perform to be industry clusters.
