需求人等之確認）要作為什麼用途使用（具體用途之確認）等相關資訊 進行審查。

違反相關法令時，或有違反之虞時，應立即向國家報告，採 取必要措施以防止再次發生，並擬定必要罰則。

¾ 隨著2005年６月起開始實施概括許可制度，為了確保妥 善的出口管理，實施「法令遵守臨檢」。
¾ 不論是否有違反情事發生，對概括許可持有人等，均應 適度執行「法令遵守臨檢」。
¾ 「法令遵守臨檢」是依照「出口人等概要、自我管理清
單」之項目，檢查其内部章程之籌劃狀況及實際上所作
的努力。

成立於1989年，是日本唯一一個專門進行出口管理之非營利、
非官方組織。贊助會員約有390家（日本的主要出口企業均為 會員）。至於安全保障貿易管理方面，他是「産、官、學」合 作平台。
