第二節實務意涵

本研究結果針對在群眾募資平台的提案者有以下實務意涵。第一，研究結果發現第三天的募資達成率是一個早期資金投入的判斷指標。對提案者而言，要如何在關鍵前三天就能吸引潛在投資者的加入。有研究指出產品的品質、產品的創新、贊助者的參與、提案者的活躍性與支持者的滿意度有高度相關 (Xu et al., 2016)，這是企業推出專案時必須要注意的特徵。本研究僅探討早期資金的支持的影響，未來的研究可以深入分析其早期平台上各種資訊對專案成功可能性的影響。

本研究更指出了另一個重要的意涵，提案者可以透過更多的資訊揭露去說服潛在的支持者，讓潛在支持者了解你的想法、故事、專案內容。並且，透過在平台上的互動，讓潛在的支持者成為你長期財務支持與合作的對象，並參考支持者的意見作為未來創新參考的方向(Gleasure, 2015)。本研究僅蒐集其專案期間平台上提案人的更新與支持者的問答次數作為衡量依據，未來研究建議可以深入分

析其更新及問答之內容。

群眾募資對創業者而言是一個很吸引人平台可作為產品測試和差別訂價的工具(Ellman & Hurkens, 2015)。提案者應善用此平台繼續進行其專案募資，並累積自身的聲譽。群眾集資所引領的社會資本及宣傳效果是非常強大的，它能幫助提案者了解客戶的需求。從 Kickstarter 的經典案例我們可以看到，Pebble 智慧手錶，第一次在 Kickstarter 提案就大獲好評，並持續在平台上推出升級產品，

至 2015 年 9 月為止已經賣出了 9.5 萬台，其 Kickstarter 帶給 Pebble 公司的是一個互動及測試的平台。因此，從 Pebble 的案例我們可以發現，成功的募資經驗將使提案者會繼續善用這個平台去推陳出新該專案的產品。本研究僅蒐集其專案經驗作為衡量之依據，未來研究建議可以深入比較其專案發起者前後專案資訊的差異，能更精確解釋提案人從募資經驗所獲得之效益。

本研究結合了五個不同的平台作為資料分析的對象，希望提案者在選擇募資平台提案時，也能考慮平台使用者的特性。本研究僅針對其西方、中國、台灣之較大的獎勵型群眾募資平台作為其研究對象，未來研究建議可以將股權型、債權型募資平台作為研究對象。

群眾募資並不是以取得資金為唯一目標，集資期間所獲得的媒體曝光、早期客戶以及社群效應，將能帶給這些創業家或提案者更長遠的發展。然而，群眾募資本來就是一種商業嘗試和商業學習。提案者能提早一步和潛在支持者進一步的溝通、說明和互動。募資的經驗也將幫助提案者找到未來的商機，從這些經驗去累積客戶與建立和客戶的信任。
