第五章 結論與建議

5.3 對後續研究建議

1. 本研究僅以新竹科學園區廠商為研究對象,研究結果是否可適用於中科、南科或其 他地區之廠商,建議後續研究者可擴大受詴對象及區域加以驗證。

2. 本研究是以顧客的角度來探討 S 報關運輸業者之服務品質,後續研究可從業者之角 度及立場來探討服務品質,同時可進一步比較顧客與業者對服務品質的看法,以了 解其中差異。

3. 本研究僅以 S 報關運輸業者為例,後續研究可推及其他區外報關運輸業者之服務品 質、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之關聯性之適用性。

4. 衡量服務品質的構面及基準會隨著不同產業特性及族群而有所調整,後續研究可進 一步探討不同產業下所涵蓋的服務品質構面。
