第五章 結論與建議

第四節 對未來研究之建議

一、增加研究對象

由於時間及物力上的限制,本研究的研究對象為高雄市政府消防局,

可能有失偏頗。因此,建議未來欲進行此方面研究者,擴及其它地區納入 研究對象,則可增加研究的涵蓋層面,研究更趨精準。

二、專家訪談質性研究

本研究僅對受訪者進行量化研究,來了解組織承諾與工作滿意度之影 響,建議後續研究者可以訪談方式,進行探討,並與本研究結果作比較分 析,給予未來有關單位最適當之建議,找出最適宜的方式,給予消防員最 大的工作滿意。

三、增加研究構面

影響工作滿意度的構面不僅為組織承諾,可能包括團隊氣氛、工作氛 圍、組織文化等,建議未來研究者可加入更多研究構面,深入探究影響消 防局外勤大隊工作滿意度之可能原因,提供有關單位參考,並加以改善或 維持。
