第四節 對未來研究之建議
一、增加研究對象
由於時間及物力上的限制，本研究的研究對象為高雄市政府消防局，
可能有失偏頗。因此，建議未來欲進行此方面研究者，擴及其它地區納入 研究對象，則可增加研究的涵蓋層面，研究更趨精準。
二、專家訪談質性研究
本研究僅對受訪者進行量化研究，來了解組織承諾與工作滿意度之影 響，建議後續研究者可以訪談方式，進行探討，並與本研究結果作比較分 析，給予未來有關單位最適當之建議，找出最適宜的方式，給予消防員最 大的工作滿意。
三、增加研究構面
影響工作滿意度的構面不僅為組織承諾，可能包括團隊氣氛、工作氛 圍、組織文化等，建議未來研究者可加入更多研究構面，深入探究影響消 防局外勤大隊工作滿意度之可能原因，提供有關單位參考，並加以改善或 維持。
