本節將依據研究的結果提出相關建議，共分為對中華職棒聯盟的建議、對中華職棒 球團教練的建議、對後續研究的建議等三個小節。
一、對中華職棒聯盟的建議
本研究所採用與分析的play by play資料，都來自於中華職棒聯盟官方網站的賽 事即時文字紀錄，但在資料收集與彙整的過程當中，發現官方網站的play by play缺 少1990年至2013年的部分，文字紀錄有若干前後矛盾或缺漏的問題，偶爾也會誤打 球員名字或棒次，造成閱讀與分析困難，亦不利於後續進階數據與資訊的建構；另 一方面，中華職棒聯盟成立已近30個年頭，官方網站的數據資料範疇和深度都仍略 顯單薄，介面的操作便利性也還有進步空間。綜合以上幾點，本研究建議中華職棒 聯盟，可成立專責部門處理賽事記錄與數據整合的部分，除了加強即時紀錄的完整 與正確性之外，也能提升相關統計數據的深度與廣度，更深更廣的統計數據不僅能 讓賽事的話題性更高，也可做為後續相關棒球研究的基礎能量。
二、對中華職棒球團教練的建議
從前一個小節的結論中可知，得分機率、打席數期望值、得分期望值等矩陣工 具可提供教練在選擇戰術前有個參考依據，利用統計分析的結果作出相對理性的決 策，而本研究結果也發現，從2014年到2016年球季，得分數量越多的球季，戰術執 行的成本就越高，過度執行犧牲觸擊與盜壘戰術，可能會對球隊的進攻造成反效果，
因此本研究建議，當球隊的進攻順暢時，教練應適度減少使用戰術，以免對得分帶 來負面影響。
三、對後續研究的建議
本研究以中華職棒2014年至2016年三個球季間的play by play的文字紀錄做為 分析資料來源，並未包含1990年至2013年間的數據，因此無法對中華職棒前期的得 分期望值進行相關分析和討論，若要對後續幾年的得分期望值矩陣或wOBA公式進 行預測，還需要建立更大的樣本以建立更完善的資料庫系統。而本研究以矩陣數據 做為分析戰術的工具，缺乏對單一狀態或案例的深入討論，因此本研究建議，後續 研究可以納入更多球季的資料加入分析，並對特定狀態或局面進行深入討論，以犧 牲觸擊戰術為例，可針對無人出局一壘有人的狀態做為起始，分類出有執行犧牲觸 擊與未執行犧牲觸擊的狀態，並分別討論其後續的得分情形與影響，依此檢驗得分 期望值矩陣對戰術分析的信效度，使研究結果更貼近實際的臨場狀況。
