依據本研究之發現提出下列建議,作為實務應用與未來研究方向之參考。

一、實務應用

(一) 研究結果顯示 UBA 籃球選手知覺教練-選手關係愈好時,同時引發選手對於團隊衝 突的知覺程度也愈高,再者,衝突的產生對於運動表現並非全然是負面,有可能知 覺其衝突的肇因得以因應,使得不易影響運動表現,據此訊息以提供大專校院甲一 級籃球教練參考。

(二) 透過各研究變項調查的結果,提供 UBA 教練或選手了解之間的互動情形,以及引 發團隊衝突因素中何者影響最巨,教練可反思領導方式、溝工方法、訓練方法或管 理方法…等,若能減少衝突發生的導火線,或是在衝突發生前,透過良好的互動化 解衝突,亦能增加選手的運動表現;反之,選手若能省思因應之道,維護兩者關係,

妥善化解衝突,進而提升運動表現。

二、未來研究

(一) 有關本研究結果變項(運動表現)是以選手或教練主觀知覺量表評量,日後研究可增 加隊友評量個體的運動表現,或以客觀的攻守統計數據作為其運動表現的依據。

(二) 研究中,團隊衝突的評量僅進行衝突原因的調查,可深入探究衝突發生後,採以何 種因應策略,進而影響運動表現。

(三) 在此研究僅分別探究教練-選手關係、團隊衝突與運動表現的關係和預測情形,未 來可進一步驗證團隊衝突是否為影響教練-選手關係與運動表現的中介變項。

(四) 此次研究對象僅針對 UBA 甲一級選手,未來可考慮以甲二級、一般組的選手,更 甚拓展至高中籃球聯賽各級選手。
