第六章、 結論與建議

第二節 建議

一、中科所排放空氣污染資料仍需透過長時間追蹤,同時亦應建立其他 氣象、廠內污染源排放及分佈等背景資料,才能進一步作為人體健 康暴露評估之應用。

二、未來應針對中科所產生空氣污染對人體的影響仍需建立較敏感的生 物指標,以作為個人生物偵測,評估個人暴露之依據,同時在民眾 健康上的評估尚需建立更敏感且特定之指標,可作為中科排放污染 之關聯性建立。

三、中科管理局等相關單位亦應建立園區內各廠商之污染物放清單,並 針對附近居民作好完整規劃、宣導並演練工安環保意外發生時之緊 急應變處理,以降低可能的傷害。

四、健康風險評估需更完整的資料包括長期及短期之環境與健康資料,

才能使評估結果更具說服力,且有效應用於社會大眾,故未來將與 其他計畫的結果加以整合比較,作最有效之評估。台灣地區除了繼 續加強生態環境的保護外,對於國人的健康更是不容忽視的,因此 環保署及相關政府單位更應支持相關的研究,以利未來制定環保法 令或政策之參考。
