建議

本研究係透過分析個案社區個案的現況與發展後，藉由衡量目前的社會環境 狀況與社區個案的內部相關條件環境分析，基於企業以 CSR 協助社區健康促進活 動獨立自主經營為目標，探討研究後歸納出以下幾點政府政策與社區發展建 議:(如圖 5-1 企業 CSR 協助社區健康促進結合社會資本運用永續發展藍圖) 政府在政策上應該要鼓勵企業 CSR(特別是上市上櫃公司)的企業社會責任 活動，能加入社區的營造經營，甚至鼓勵企業來認養社區，則社區經營應該更能 夠發揮實際上的成效。

鼓勵並協助社區成立強大的志工團隊，主動爭取政府的社會福利資源，並積 極與在地企業建立良好的夥伴關係，以謀求社區的永續發展。

引領學術單位加入社區的營造活動，或是鼓勵學術單位與企業建立產學合作 關係，共同來經營社區(如台灣大學的 USR 活動)，相信這會是讓學校、社區、企 業三贏的策略。
