建議

根據上述的結論，本研究提出下列建議，以供教育單位、教師、家長與後續 研究者作為參考。

壹、 對研究結果實務應用上的建議

一、 給父母的建議：

雖然在父母心理控制與子女依賴及自我批評性格間的相關程度僅達中度偏低 的相關，但相關仍是達到顯著的，因此父母心理控制對於子女的依賴和自我批評 性格或多或少是會有影響的，其中又特別是對子女「自我批評」性格的影響。因 此建議父母，當子女沒達成父母要求時，要學習接受子女的不完美，盡量避免用 批評或責備的方式去貶低子女的價值，可用鼓勵、安慰的方式，讓子女建立自我 信心，並有接受挫折的勇氣。而與子女相處上，也建議父母要將子女視為獨立的 個體，學習放手讓子女去面對人生中的挑戰，這樣子女才能夠學習對自己的人生 負責，成為自己人生的主人翁。

依賴和自我批評性格與焦慮和憂鬱的相關，分別為中高度相關和中度相關，

因此依賴和自我批評性格對憂鬱和焦慮的影響是非常重要的，其中又特別是國中 女生的憂鬱和焦慮會高於國中男生。而憂鬱症及焦慮症的成因是多元的，依賴和 自我批評性格只是其中一部份的脆弱因子，因此若是加上人際關係問題、負向的 生活事件等其餘的因素，則可能會引發憂鬱症和焦慮症的發生，但家庭和社會的 支援卻能夠降低子女憂鬱及焦慮的情緒，因此在家庭方面，家長能夠適時的關心 子女、與子女談心、了解子女的心理狀態。

二、 給學校的建議：

學校能夠辦理親子方面的講座、活動或是作業，讓父母及子女透過合作的過 程能夠更加了解彼此，學習用對的方式去愛對方，建立良好的親子關係。在教師 方面，學校也可以辦理輔導及諮商相關的研習活動，加強教師的輔導能力及敏銳 度，當學生有憂鬱或焦慮傾向時，能夠及時給予學生支持及協助，做到預防勝於 治療的效果。

三、 給學生的建議：

研究結果顯示國中女生的依賴、自我批評性格以及焦慮與憂鬱均高於男生，

但國中女生知覺父母心理控制的程度卻比男生來得低，因此表示父母心理控制對 於國中女生的影響可能不大。而國中階段的青少年最重要的網絡就是同儕，女生 比起男生又更傾向於關係取向，因此對於同儕會投入更多的情緒及時間，也會在 意周遭朋友給予自身的評價，因此可能會造成國中女生的依賴、自我批評性格以 及焦慮與憂鬱。所以本研究建議國中青少年能夠多參與社團、課外活動，豐富生 活圈，結交對自身有益處的朋友，以達到正向的情緒出口。

而父母與子女關係，因為多數父母可能因愛子心切、望子成龍的心態，所以 會將自身理念強加在子女身上，但父母的出發點必定是好的，因此建議國中生能 夠多體諒父母，學習與父母溝通，適當的表達自我想法，並同理父母心，讓彼此 關係能夠更加和諧。

貳、 對未來研究的建議

一、 研究對象及範圍

本研究所取樣的樣本均為屏東縣市的公、私立國中生，並排除國三（九年級）

學生，因此對於研究結果的推論不宜過度推論，必須考量樣本、地域等特性。建 議未來能夠將研究範圍擴大至全台灣的國中生，並可將國三學生列入研究對象之 中，以提升推論性。

二、 研究內容

本研究只探討父母依賴／成就導向心理控制與青少年憂鬱／焦慮以及其中介 變項之間的關係，對於其他背景變項並未進行深度探討，因此後續能夠將其他的 背景變項納入研究進行探討。

三、 測驗工具

本研究使用了三個測驗工具，對於受試者來說施測題目較多，因此可能會造 成受試者感到疲憊進而沒有認真作答，因此建議後續研究能夠將題目進行縮減或 調整。此外，也建議後續研究的測量工具能夠做修正，將測量憂鬱的工具能夠緊 扣「人格發展與沮喪脆弱理論」，具體區分出憂鬱的類型。而理論「憂鬱經驗量表 -21」的題目也與「兒童焦慮及憂鬱量表修訂版」的題目難以區辨，因此建議後續 的測驗工具可使用其他量表，以做更完善的判斷。
