第二節 建議
一、對九份老街的建議
(一) 重視網路評論中旅客滿意度評價
現今網路普及,能夠快速地在線上評論,旅客透過手機或平板就能直接 上網針對旅遊地進行評論。九份老街為來台旅遊的著名景點,旅客旅遊 當下使用 TripAdvisor 的 APP 軟體,對九份老街做旅遊評價,此旅遊評 價具備即時性和真實性。因此,在推廣觀光時,若能將國際旅客之相關 評論,納入改善的依據之一,能使九份觀光更具國際性。
(二) 結合業者,規劃建議旅遊動線,分散人潮
九份老街地處山區,巷道窄小,每到假日時,老街上擠得水泄不通。因 先天環境條件的不利,因此改變後天的條件,規劃幾天建議旅遊動線,
如老人小孩動線、美食動線、人文歷史動線,降低旅客面對人潮擁擠的 情況,提升旅遊品質。
二、未來研究建議
(一) 本研究因人力及資料時間長度的限制,僅就 TripAdvisor 旅遊評論網站 的評論資料,作為九份老街之研究樣本。取樣期間為 2013 至 2017 年,
樣本數仍屬不足。建議未來針對網路資料做長期追蹤,並以系統月份篩 選為參考,針對不同月份與九份老街的活動做連結。
(二) TripAdvisor 之國際旅客旅遊評論,中文翻譯仍有語意不同和斷句錯誤 的情況。建議可提升語言翻譯的品質,使評論內容的意思更能完整表達 出來,讓其他國際旅客接收。
(三) 針對評論者的身份,TripAdvisor 旅遊評論網站有設定屬性,旅客旅遊 類型、評論者的評論經驗等級包含其中。建議未來可針對評論者和其內 容作分析,了解發表內容的不同是否因談論不同類型的旅遊屬性而有變 動。例如:將不同旅客類型談論的關注度、不同旅遊類型和各情緒指標 的關係進行分析,或是觀察評論者的會員等級與情緒指標間的影響程 度。
(四) 重遊意願,在資料分析時,未必每一位國際旅客都有寫到資訊,回應 筆數與人數不相等。本研究方法,只能得知正面重遊意願的機會,影響 因素無法得知。建議後續相關研究,可增加各情緒指標經分析後對重遊 意願的相關。
