第二節 建議

壹、 對我國高等教育主管機關之建議

一. 我國高等教育教學評鑑應採納利害關係人意見作為參考修正

大學教師教學評鑑結果的使用可能會牽涉到大學教師的人事決策,以及 大學校院的補助金額,而評鑑的目的應在於對於反映教學成效以及使教學更 精進,另一方面亦保障學生在大學受教的品質和師生溝通的管道。因此建議 在進行學生評鑑教師教學時,針對該高等教育機構的發展方向以及針對教學 領域進行教學評鑑實施前應納入利害關係人的意見,考量全面性之得失,進 行評鑑之修正,以達到評鑑預期目的。

貳、 對我國大學行政主管之建議

一、對現行學生評鑑教學之量表進行重新檢視

本研究建議現行學生評鑑教師教學量表可與本研究之構面及指標進行 對照及修正,以提供學生選課前與意見回饋之訊息,更重要者,提供教師完 整之教學資訊,以求教學精進。

二、學生評鑑教師教學應重視所屬構面

大學在實施學生在評鑑教師教學時,宜參考本研究結果之指標及構面之 區隔,本研究透過國外教學卓越之大學和使用普及之學生評鑑教師教學量表 作為基礎,故指標內涵具有代表性,並參考專家以及利害關係者之意見進行 分群,分為三個構面以及八個次構面,具有結構性。

三、應參考不同指標之權重

實施學生評鑑教師教學之結果,應該參考本研究結果對指標之權重分數,

各指標相對重要性程度不一,大學主管機關在檢視學生給予教師教學之意見

時,應予以權重之區隔,方能呈現公平及完整的評鑑結果。

參、 對我國大學教師之建議

一. 檢視教學與評鑑指標之間之契合度

學生評鑑教師教學之指標的建立,能夠使教師在評鑑之前依據指標來規 劃教學活動,並且透過指標來進行教學之修正與教學準備。然而也可以透過 實際有效教學行動提出意見,以改善學生評鑑教師教學制度,也提供其他教 師在教學上之參考。

二. 顧及學生及教師對教學重要性之差異

依照本研究結果,學生與大學教學評鑑專家及教師對於教學上之差異,

學生所注重者為課程的價值,然而教師多認為是否能協助學生學習,因此在 教學上應顧及作為顧客者的學生之意見,而不單從教師之角度進行精進教 學。

肆、 對於未來研究之建議

一、持續針對指標系統做適當之更新

面對我國高等教育之發展趨勢,以及對大學教學的新觀點,都會使指標 無法貼近現實教學情況,因此除了發展更精準之指標外,新增其他重要性構 面或進行修正不敷使用指標,都是未來相關研究應持續進行的方向。

二、建構個別學門教學之權重指標

大學學生評鑑教師教學之主要構面都已經確立,不過針對不同領域學門 之教學仍然存在著相當的歧異程度,因此建議未來研究能夠針對不同學門的 教學方式進行分析,並從中修正並給予適合之權重。
