6.2 後續研究建議
本次研究乃基於過去研究者的各方研究,再加以近年的商業實例個案,透過 觀察推論和歸納,得到一個開發流程的模式。基於本次的研究,個人認為未來的 研究者可以根據此模型,對於各種製造服務業,去進行更深入的比較與探討。因 為本研究是站在「提出一個可以做為各種新產品或新服務開發指引方向」的立足 點而作成,對於各行各業在開發流程上的獨特性就難免失之桑榆;期許未來的有 志者,可以對這個部份下工夫研究,相信會有更多的收獲。
其次,針對開發流程中的背景環境因素(即上節模式中的培養皿部份),個 人認為這也是未來值得探討的一個題目。本研究僅以簡單的歸納和判斷,將這些 因素放入背景因素中,但對於以下的兩個問題卻沒有回答:
1. 這些因素怎麼影響新產品或新服務的開發?
2. 是不是還有其他隱藏或被忽略掉的因素?
以上兩點,都是對於開發模式本身的大哉問,個人希望未來可以有更多這方 面的探討,以完整建構整個流程架構的拼圖。
最後,則是一個在第三章就被顯露出來,近年來也十分火熱的議題──專 利。專利的獲得代表了技術的擁有,技術的取得與發展又是開發模式中,一塊十 分重要的階段。在本次的研究中,發現探討專利與新產品開發之間關係的研究並 不多,但個人認為,近未來的商業發展,專利絕對會占一席重要的地位,並且將 直接的衝擊到各公司企業的新產品開發。是故,此領域也是值得未來的研究者去 研究,並且描繪出專利在新產品開發中,所扮演的角色,與企業可以有什麼樣的 策略去面對等。
