5.3 後續研究建議
依據以上之研究限制提出以下後續研究建議:
1. 本文是採跨公司的方式來探討專利活動對企業績效的影響,但專利所帶來 的效益是長時間的,因此,後續研究者可使用跨時間與跨公司的 Panel Data 分析方式來觀察專利對績效產生的長期影響,使研究結果更具說服力。
2. 本研究是以產出面的方式做專利策略的區分,但很少研究將投入面與產出 面結合在一貣探討,雖然本研究有稍微考慮研發投入面-即研發投資之變 數,但並為有深入的研究其與專利活動之關聯性,因此建議後續研究者,
將專利策略的衡量變數再多加入研發投資的因素,可以細分出不同的專利 策略,賦予研發策略更細膩的解釋。
