本研究雖在過程力求嚴謹,但因礙於時間以及成本有限之情況下,尚有許多進步 空間,後續研究方向有三項:

一、 由本研究證實國際觀光旅館實體環境對於顧客滿意度、員工滿意度與服務績效上 具重要且有意義的影響,後續研究可再擴展實體構面包括員工專屬休息室、不同 人格特質、旅館風格定位 (如平價旅館) 、目標客群等其他因素可能造成不同員 工滿意度與服務績效不同之影響。

二、 本研究採用便利抽樣的方法蒐集資料,抽樣的顧客年齡21-30 歲者佔 62.0%,未 婚者佔77.8%,此族群為未來主要之國際觀光旅館消費族群,為了確保對外的有 效性,未來研究可全面性蒐集各地區、各類型之樣本,因此國際觀光旅館經營者 能夠了解其消費習慣,對未來的營運有所幫助。

三、 鼓勵旅館業者增加跟學術界的合作,進行研究時簽訂保密協定,減少業者的疑 慮。
