第五章 結論與建議

第四節 後續研究

本研究服膺向上影響的見解,將焦點擺在部屬身上,是以部屬為出發點,討論 其對本身行為與主管行為之知覺,並未包含其直屬主管之看法。所以本研究無法確 切的以 LMX 關係品質量表得分之分數,作為區分主管親信與非親信之依據。所以,

後續研究在樣本資料收集過程中,可採納主管說法並將樣本區分為主管心腹以及一 般部屬兩個群體,以本量表進行統計相關分析,用以檢視本量表是否具備區別二者 之能力。有鑑於部屬身份的樣本群體龐大,後續研究者也可以單獨鎖定某個產業或 者是某些個職務類別的樣本,進行研究。再者,本研究最初乃是以西方研究切入,

來建構問卷,所沿用的質性研究也是如此,明顯受限於西方研究本身的框架,無法 完全跳脫其侷限,所以,後續研究者也可以完全擺脫西方研究的發現,採用質性研 究方式,找出純粹本土化的 LMX 命題與架構,再進一步發展問卷。

此外,在 LMX 關係結果部分,本研究原意僅將之視為驗證 LMX 關係品質之工具,

但後續研究者可將之予以擴大,進一步探討其他可能導致的結果。
