第三節 應用與建議
本研究目的主要探討成年女學生運動行為、運動心理因素、睡眠品
質生活品質之間的概況與關係,雖然,此研究結果運動行為與睡眠品質 的關係並不明確,但運動不足、睡眠品質不佳為成年女學生明顯的健康 問題的隱憂,如何維持個人健康狀態,是成年女學生在兼顧學業、家庭 及工作的問題之一,建議未來研究仍可更深入的探討,了解相互影響的 相關因素,才能對其健康情形有清楚的了解,進而採取更積極的健康促 進計畫。
運動對健康的好處已獲得證實,規律運動習慣的養成,亦對健康影 響有其重要性,學校如何在傳授知能教育的同時,也培養正確的學生運 動觀念與運動技能,使其在生活中能有規律運動行為,而未來亦能持續 保持運動的習慣,是教育政策應該慎重面對的議題,學校課程是否採取 多樣化的策略介入,提昇學生的運動的自我效能,降低運動障礙,透過 體育課程的安排,專業的運動教學鼓勵參與,依照女性特質,設計適合 女性參與的活動,使學生熟悉運動技巧、了解運動知識、增加運動行為 的機會,參與運動,增加健康體能培養終生運動的習慣,享受運動,並 營造友善的運動環境,對未來其健康生活品質必有莫大的影響。
