第三節 未來研究建議
本篇研究在研究觀點與研究方法上皆有新的嘗試,在研究觀點上,我採用 動態觀點,將創業視為一種動態歷程並用複雜科學理論作為隱喻;在研究方法 上,我使用詮釋取徑的敘說探究來思考、撰寫月津文史發展協會的創業故事,也 確實看見了一般邏輯實證看不到的見解。由於新觀點與新方法的採用,本研究做 為詮釋創業研究動態過程的初探,其實許多層面皆有待後續研究改善,以下僅提 出我個人對未來相關研究的建議。
一、 研究觀點的延續:
與一般創業模式或創業條件的研究相較,以動態觀點來研究創業歷程,可 能對創業家的意義更大,更能提出具有行動意涵的管理觀點。對於創業如何發 生、如何演化,本研究從複雜科學理論出發,借用遠離均衡、奇異吸子、自組織、
浮現等觀念來隱喻創業歷程。事實上,複雜科學理論範圍極廣,不只有上述四種 理論觀點,建議後續研究可利用更多不同的複雜性科學來解釋創業的動態歷程。
二、 研究方法的改進:
由於我在這次研究所採用的敘說探究研究法,在國內的管理學研究中相當 罕見,因此我在訪談、詮釋、撰寫等過程有許多生澀不熟之處,也做了許多嘗試,
相信隨著後續類似研究方法的使用越來越多,這種研究法可以被發展得更完善、
更進步,尤其是在詮釋分析技巧的改進與書寫風格的多元,我認為有相當多的發 展空間。
三、研究範圍的擴大:
創業與創新的研究不僅限於創業家個人與單一組織的演化歷程,也可將範 圍擴大至地方群聚或產業群聚等區域層次,透過研究群聚中各行動者之間的網絡 關係與互動方式,亦可對創業與創新的發生提出具有動態觀點的解釋。將研究範 圍擴大是我對後續研究的另一個建議。
