第五章 結論與建議
第二節 未來研究方向
1. 本研究在企業風險新事業領導人才針對了個案進行質性研究的探討,個案 對象為台灣集團事業的關聯投資企業。未來應該可以針對國際性的案例來 進行探討,或進行量化等其他方式的實證研究,進而提出更可靠的觀點與 命題。
2. 本研究訪問分析的對象是針對風險事業本身,對於企業集團的策略層面問 題並未涉及,未來研究可以針對單一集團企業的投資行為進行分析。
3. 企業在新舊事業的資源與人才分配準則為何?是否原本核心事業發展成熟 必定要尋找新事業?時機點為何?上述問題在本研究中並無詳細的回答,
未來可以針對這些問題來探討。
