政府獎勵外人投資」、「低廉充沛勞工」及「社會習俗或商業習慣相近」四個 因素中，實證結果以「社會習俗或商業習慣相近」變數，是影響廠商投資地 區多樣化的決定因素。主要是因為同文統種一家親等習俗觀念，促使類似婚 喪習俗、飲食習慣、節慶禮俗或商業慣例等相近背景的「風俗習慣」因素，
廠商為取得相容、互通之便，以減少摸索期限，進而降低經營風險，自然而 然地產生投資地區多樣化的現象。
綜上，「廠商規模」、「投資時間」、「經營方式」及「風俗習慣」等四大 因素，不論影響方向及影響程度，經果實證結果，都是影響我國海外投資廠 商投資地區多樣化的主要決定因素。
第二節 未來研究方向與建議
本研究的資料係來自 2007 年經濟部統計處所實施「製造業對外投資實況 調查」之問卷，該資料的設計係僅以訪查 2006 年該年度的對外投資情形，或 充其量也僅與其前一年度 2005 年設計比較調查內容，實缺乏跨年度的連續資 料，較無法從同一樣本資料，觀察出不同年度的影響變化。因此，建議後續 研究者，宜就此限制進行研究的突破。
除此之外，本研究原預期影響廠商投資地區多樣化的因素，呈現顯著效 果的尚有「海外營業占比」及「低廉充沛勞工」二個因素，但於進行邊際效 果分析時，發現該二解釋變數均有由「顯著」轉為「非顯著」的情形，因此，
也建議我國海外投資廠商在考量該二因素時，從有可能的轉化原因下手，提 出投資地區多樣化的新決策。具體建議如下：
針對「海外營業占比」因素的建議：當海外投資市場擴大了經營規模，
取得規模經濟效益後，應及早提出隨之而來的激烈市場競爭，以免既有的利

潤被瓜分；或是於取得規模經濟效益後，改採「市場區隔」策略，以防止競 爭者侵入。
針對「低廉充沛勞工」因素的建議：隨著「勞工權益保障」的意識逐漸 抬頭，以及「勞工衛生安全」的議題一再被喚醒，我國海外投資廠商的思維，
如果還要以被投資國有低廉充沛的勞工為決策因素時，則上述議題也必然會 面臨，甚至會造成巨大的衝擊，致使投資地區多樣化卻步不前。因此，凡我 國從事海外投資的廠商，應該提早建立解決類似議題的可行配套方案，那麼，
「低廉充沛勞工」也仍會是影響我國海外投資廠商投資地區多樣化的決定因 素。
