5 結論與建議

5.4 未來研究

數位時代的設計媒材與溝通媒介的發展,不僅對於設計過程產生某種程度的影響,以認知思考的 角度觀察,設計者的行為也受到設計溝通環境的不同特性而有所改變。本文將焦點放置在設計整 體過程的設計溝通階段,來看設計者於網路虛擬實境中的設計溝通行為之現象,並進一步與當代 普遍的一般當面環境與一般遠距環境進行比較,研究結果雖然已回答本文所欲探討之問題,但仍 可進一步的經由其他角度進行分析討論:

1. 改善現有網路虛擬實境之設計與溝通環境:依據在未來研究的建議當中可以改良本研究結論 所提出網路虛擬實境中使用者在溝通過程中產生的因素,以作為設計者在溝通時對於媒材的 真實需求進行媒材的修正與創新;而同時本研究在自身溝通研究是以行為導向的觀點來分析 溝通過程,未來研究也可以從任務導向的問題解決程序,透過最佳化理論的角度對其環境或 系統進行分析。

2. 方法學上的研究:對於分析所用的編碼系統,本研究主要是依據心理學中部分的認知行為概 念所提出來的,針對的是設計的認知行為分析,因此也僅能在初期的研究中分析出網路虛擬 實境中的部分設計溝通現象。而在後續研究中,希冀能夠參考本研究之觀察現象,針對設計 溝通主題,發展出一套更為全面的編碼系統,專門作為設計和溝通的交叉分析之用。

3. 不同設計媒材運用方式與轉換關係:目前許多的實務設計師將多種設計媒材交錯應用於設計 過程中,使得設計媒材的選擇變得更為多元,這對於設計師的合作設計溝通過程中的創意思 考和最後的設計結果都會有所影響。設計者在不同的設計環境之間的設計行為與想法,是如 何影響設計思考和發展,尚需後續研究繼續探討。此外,對於多種設計媒材與溝通介面的整 合應用於設計溝通研究,應如何運用於設計實業與培訓中,亦是一個值得探討的方向。
