第四節、未來研究
本研究以英國兩後工業城市文創園區經營做為範本,並以筆者提出之管理要素檢 視兩案例園區管理優缺點並提出結論。然在理論上及實證上若進一步做更多的資料收 集及分析,將能使文創園區管理能夠更加完整。
理論方面,未來相關研究能以其他地區文創園區經營做為範本,並從中得出不同 地方文創園區之背景及經營特色,進而將管理要素做更完整的修正。再者,未來研究 也能以臺灣文創園區經營做為主要檢視對象,將理論框架重新修正以得出合適於臺灣 社會經濟條件、及臺灣文創園區經營管理型態之參考資料。另外,文創園區管理效益 的量化研究也具有高度可行性。以文創園區的觀光效益及相關數據可分析出經營實際

情形,讓空間利用和體驗經濟能由實際數字和表格看出理論對於實證的效果。
實證方面,本研究為質性研究而以時間限制為最大困難,若未來研究能延續本研 究方法並加以分析,將能再次確定本研究之效性度。在文創園區的經營管理方面還能 夠有更多案例的討論來補充本研究所檢視的五項要點,讓不同類型或背景的文創園區 也能夠有經營的模式可以作參考。在文創園區經營及都市計畫之間的關係,在本研究 中雖然有所討論但並非主要部分,若未來研究能夠在文創園區與都市發展的關係上有 更多研究,對於園區管理者在文創園區定位、經營模式和園區目的等能夠提供很大的 幫助。
