第五章 結論與建議

第三節 未來研究之建議

本研究以衝動購買行為對消費者辨識混淆與購買山寨產品意願之相關,探討 影響消費者購買山寨產品的主要影響因素,因此提出一些建議,提供往後的相關 研究及後續研究探討之方向:

一、 探討其他會影響購買意願之因素

本研究主要探討衝動性購買、知覺風險、產品知識、辨識性混淆和品牌認知 五個構面對購買意願的影響,而後續研究者亦可朝以下三方面持續研究探討對購 買意願的影響。

1. 在環境因素方面可將知覺價值與社會文化構面加入,探討是否會影響購 買意願。

2. 在消費者特性方面,可增加持續購買意願、使用山寨商品意願探討是否 會影響購買意願。

3. 在消費者類型方面,可將消費者劃分為青少年、青壯年和老年人探討是 否會影響購買意願。

二、 針對問卷衡量之方式

本研究主要以網路問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集。建議未來後續研究者,可以 加入人員訪談方式或其他方式,來針對業者或消費者更深入瞭解相關研究議題,

進而提供業者之經營與行銷策略之建議,並且可採取長期研究縱斷面研究,探討 消費者行為是否隨著科技產品的普及而有重大的轉變。
