三、 未來研究建議

1、研究方法的多元化

本研究採用質化研究方法企圖取得更深入的上行影響策略使用因素和情境,雖 然可以深入瞭解實際經驗,但礙於時間關係,只能訪談 30 位媒體組織成員,未來建 議相關研究可以採量化方法進行,可以將樣本擴大,補足深度訪談的缺點。

2、研究樣本的確立

本研究針對媒體組織成員做上行影響策略使用以及上司領導風格、組織承諾的 探討,所針對的媒體組織類型含括報紙、雜誌、廣播、廣告、電視新聞、一般電視

等,但雖同屬媒體組織型態,但其組織文化和實際運作情形的不同,會影響上下司 之間的互動,期待未來研究可以將研究的組織定義的更精確,比較不同屬性的媒體 組織之間的差異。
