一、本研究結果顯示,控制變數-電子產業類別會對知識管理流程中的知識內化 以及組織創新中的用人控制創新產生顯著的影響。回顧先前的文獻多半是探討跨 產業領域的不同對知識管理或組織創新之影響,較少針對電子產業類別的差異討 論是否會對知識管理或組織創新產生顯著性影響以及影響的原因,建議未來研究 者可往此方向做更深入的探討。

二、本研究在研究時點上為橫斷面分析,是顯現特定時點組織因素、知識管理與 組織創新的現象,未來若能以縱斷面的方式進行長時間的研究,取得多次資料,

並加入質性分析,將可對研究結果做更深入的探討與了解。

三、本研究僅探討組織因素與知識管理的其中某些構面,未來建議可尋找其他更 多的研究構面,探究組織因素、知識管理與組織創新之關係,以提升研究所能涵 蓋的面向。

四、礙於時間、資源的限制本研究僅回收60 份有效樣本,未來若於時間、資源 條件的允許下,建議可回收有效樣本200 份或以上(陳順宇, 2005),以結構方 程模型(SEM)驗證整體模式。
