本文研究社會網路與員工自發性行為對公司績效的影響,從研究方法和內容來說還 有許多值得改善的地方,在未來還要做進一步的研究。
首先是樣本的局限性,本研究由於各方面時間資源條件的限制,在樣本選擇上不夠 全面,且樣本數量不夠龐大,並沒有做到真正意義上的大樣本數據,本研究望以後可以 收集到更多更全面的樣本數據,得出的結論會根據有現實意義。
其次是研究方向的選擇,在企業管理中的員工管理有多重多樣的方向可以研究,希 望今後能在本研究的基礎上擴展出更多更細緻的研究方向,並為企業管理的發展做出一 點點貢獻。
