管理、專案研發管理、專案財務管理、專案行銷管理及其他性質專案管 理範疇。因為在此等研究之相關議題中,溝通模式皆扮演著不同程度的 角色,若能基於本研究的結果,再依不同的議題內容尋得不同的溝通因 子、因子間彼此的互動關係及最適的溝通模式,相信更能使得相關的研 究議題受到額外的重視,也能使得本研究的初衷得到最大的發揮,進而 提供在管理實務上更多的貢獻。

二、本研究的探討及研究過程中,如同一般模式所面對的問題一樣,在建構 模式的過程中,因為存在許多的假設條件與數據,故在實務運用上會有 幾許的限制,此點有賴於有志者在運用本研究所得的溝通模式時,應將 某些參數加以適當的調整,方能得到與實務現象較接近的成果展現;而 要如何提高因不同媒介特性,所造成溝通品質有效衡量之參數的評價分 數,亦可列為後續研究之議題。

三、本研究提出了在考量時間與成本等因素下,正常時間及急迫時間之專案 溝通績效的衡量模式,然而在實務上影響專家溝通產的因素,可能並不 止於本研究所提到的項目。
