近年來由於社區的蓬勃發展及地方社區居民自我意識的崛起,在社區 永續發展的制度推動之下,社區社會資本的概念亦跟著活化,隨著居民與 鄰里間的網絡互動過程與社區參與情形,如何整合社會資本達到永續社區 的概念,並能透過社區的互動過程,瞭解居民之休閒參與情形及壓力源之 所在,始能從社區內建構出專屬社區之健康網絡。

本研究經驗證後結果呈現出,年紀較年長的社區居民其社區參與程度

較高,較喜歡參加運動型與社會型活動,而社會資本較高者健康程度較佳

。差異性文化接受度較高的居民,其壓力負荷較小,但一般居民對於外來 文化的衝擊易造成心理負擔,並會因此而產生排斥效果進而影響整體健康

。本研究係根據研究結論,提出相關建議供社區組織、健康促進團體及後 續相關研究者參酌。

一、社區文化認同的建立

社區文化是一種專屬社區的在地特色,透過社區居民生活經驗的累積 形成社區意識,並誘發社區居民參與社區活動,藉以凝聚社區居民的共識 與活動參與感,透過社區文化的建立一方面得以瞭解在地特色與淵源;另 一方面亦可從社區參與情形增強社會資本之連結性,達到資源共享與利用

,無論在於個人的社交網絡與社區營造方面都能有所助益。

二、健康社區的建構

隨著社會的發展,疾病型態、人口結構的改變,健康的議題已蔚為主 流,社區的兒童照護、老年看養與健康諮詢等問題亦隨之突顯,因此社區 健康網絡的建構則顯得相當重要。透過醫療保健與疾病的宣導與預防、社 區醫師的諮詢與居家服務的建立與休閒活動的規劃等,建構出安全又健康 的社區型態,形成深具特色的健康社區。

三、社區人文素養的提昇與終生學習

利用社區培訓與課程的講授吸收新知,得以提昇社區居民之知識水準

,利用互動式的討論課程刺激、活化腦部發展,藉由課程傳遞各種文化與 新知並請社區居民共同參與探討,在瞭解各種差異與視野的開啟,對於社 區質量的提升會有所助益,另一方面,也可以讓社區居民藉由教學課程的 刺激,瞭解文化並尊重文化的差異,降低社區居民因為外來文化衝擊所造 成的心理負荷程度。

四、社區志工的招募與社區幹部的培植

透過社區志工的招募與培植,得以建立社區居民的社區參與感,並能 凝聚社區之向心力與認同。志工通常兼具的熱忱的特性,將適合人安排到 妥適的位置則更加重要,而社區幹部的培植與訓練課程亦不容小覷,運用 適當的人力安排到適當的處所,及建立規劃、部署、執行與危機管理之課

程訓練等,始能有效的將人力發揮到最佳的作用。

五、社區願景的建立

社區社會資本共同的價值在於解決共同問題,而願景的塑造與擬定則 更顯得重要,如何因地置宜的找出適合社區本身的方向與夢想,以及如何 有效的達成與建立目標,透過社區願景的樹立能讓社區居民與參與者更清 楚未來社區的走向與執行方針,亦能藉此找到社區的專屬價值。

六、後續研究建議

本研究之研究結果受限於金門地區之山外社區,建議後續研究者可針 對其他區域或是台灣地區進行大範圍的抽樣,或是針對城鄉之間或其他年 齡層進行深入的探討,且進一步比較各社區之差異性。此外,亦可針對特 定對象從事社會資本與壓力、休閒參與之探討,藉以瞭解何者能有益於身 心健康發展之平衡。另外,由於本研究的抽樣方法採便利抽樣,難以避免 抽樣上的誤差,因此,往後的研究若能考量各年齡層的比例,研究結果則 可臻於精確。
