第二節 研究建議

依據本研究結果提出網站設計及未來研究方向的建議:

一、網站首頁版面設計的建議

大學圖書館網站的資訊內容時常更新並且因應新興科技而增加功能,另外 組織、政策的變化也會影響網站內容的調整,首頁作為網站入口會有經常性的 變動,過去在版面設計上較少注意到排版位置的影響,有時因為設計風格整體 的改變而將版面作大幅度的調整,乃至於常見的網頁物件的位置也做了改變,

未來在網頁設計的更新上針對常用以及常見的網頁物件的位置應避免較大幅度 的移動,能夠讓網站更符合使用者的預期也降低使用網站的難度,有助於使用 者在網站中更容易完成任務找到所需的資訊。

二、未來研究建議

本研究從網頁版面的既定印象探討使用者的心智模式,任務設計上以網頁 所在位置作為操作變項,並且請受試者尋找單一的指定目標,然而使用者瀏覽 網站的過程除了視覺注意力之外,還包含滑鼠、鍵盤以及觸控的互動,未來可 加入操作的影響,以探討更完整的網頁互動過程。

使用者個人的影響因素如背景知識、審美觀念以及認知風格等可做為未來 深入討論的方向,找出能夠協助提升使用者心智模式的相關心理因素,也可嘗 試從使用圖書館網站的情境來探討心智模式的差異,例如期中期末考的尋書情 境或者不同使用者如不同學科背景使用者的搜尋策略。
